Refund policy

As everything we do is a custom design for each client we cannot offer a refund on our time, service or product. This is why we offer free changes and revisions to our designs at no extra cost to you! We try and ensure you are 100% happy before we press print. 

Being a business that creates handmade paper goods - this can sometimes leave some room for human error and we are always happy to rectify any situation with a reprint etc at our cost and discretion. 

We do not offer a refund on our time and or any deposits made on stationery as we have already purchased stock and card stock inventory for your job at the time your deposit has been paid.
